The product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way. After we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your refund. 

The money will be refunded to the original payment method used during the purchase. For credit/debit card payments it may take 3 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit/debit card statement. 

You are eligible for a full refund within 30 calendar days, starting the day you receive your item. After the 30-day period, you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product within the first two weeks after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs. 

If the return is due to anything other than our error, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us. We also strongly suggest that you ship with a tracking number as we cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit back to us. A re-stocking fee may be applicable.
